About Rachel Cassens

MY FAVORITE PART ABOUT WORKING AT PIE

To me, PIE stands out because of its benevolence—both for the team and the community. The encouraging and energetic culture here makes it such a joy to come to work each day. There are always opportunities to grow, and I feel privileged to work alongside so many talented, diverse individuals. What I love most is PIE’s unwavering commitment to ethical business practices and its genuine desire to do good in the community and the world. It’s a gift to work for a company I’m proud to represent.

A PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT I’M PROUD OF

I’m currently finishing my final semester at Montana State University, pursing a Masters of Innovation and Management degree. I’ve loved every aspect of my formal education, from my undergraduate degree in Business Management to the challenges and rewards of the MSIM program. The skills, resources, and networks I’ve developed along the way have been invaluable, and I’m excited to channel them into making a positive impact in the business world and my community.

HOW I LIVE A FULL LIFE

Creativity is a big part of who I am. Outside the office, you’ll often find me covered in paint or glitter, working on a new project. I’ve painted three murals in my hometown in the Bitterroot Valley, Montana, and I also enjoy creating digital art, watercolor, and ceramics. When I’m not making something, I’m likely outdoors—running, mountain biking, climbing, or simply soaking up the sunshine on a warm day. Above all, though, my heart is in serving the community. I’m actively involved with several service organizations in the Gallatin Valley and am passionate about dedicating my time to helping those around me.
