PIE Professional Services Marketing Leaders & Growth Leaders Exchange – Workshop 2025

September 24-26, Bozeman MT

Bozeman, MT

September 24-26, 2025

PIE is excited to welcome marketing and growth leaders to Montana for an in-person networking and learning event.

Letter from Jacob Parks, host

We are excited to invite you to connect this fall with a group of marketing and growth leaders from across the professional services landscape. From September 24-26, PIE will be hosting a cross-functional business development workshop on Building a World-class Growth Engine. A hand-selected cohort of 15-20 growth and marketing leaders will workshop ideas, share best practices and enjoy all that the beautiful Gallatin and Paradise Valleys of Montana have to offer.

Driving growth, particularly in professional services, is different and hard, requiring a unique set of skills, talent, and tools to manage and accelerate effectively. Creating customer loyalty and driving expansion relies on building and scaling both trust and credibility. Cross-team collaboration is a prerequisite for translating your firm’s assets and services into value for your clients. Walt Shill, co-author of our upcoming book (The Growth Engine), and former Partner at McKinsey & Company, Global Managing Director at Accenture, and Managing Partner, Global Commercial Director at ERM, has a wealth of knowledge and experience in effectively growing professional services firms and overcoming the challenges teams often face in winning new clients and establishing trust quickly. He looks forward to engaging with you all and sharing his learnings.

We will have a Marketing Leaders and Growth Leaders track throughout the workshop; we will customize the topics for discussion based on direct input of attendees as we near September to ensure your priorities are reflected. Would you be interested in joining us?

Below you’ll find a working agenda, potential topics for discussion, logistics for your trip, and additional information should you choose to enjoy Montana for an extended stay.

Kind regards,
Jacob
