A PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT I’M PROUD OF

A professional accomplishment that I am proud of came in my prior life before PIE. I had the chance to revive a reading mentorship program for K-3rd students. The joy of getting to see kids tackle a new book, learn the definition of a new word, and have fun while doing it is one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had.

HOW I LIVE A FULL LIFE

I would say I am lucky that a part of my full life is at PIE, but when I am not working you can find me doing every outdoor activity possible, which I think is embodied perfectly by the fact that my partner and I have a “recess” bag always ready by our front door stocked with baseball mitts, basketballs, footballs, tennis racquets, spike ball, and more.

MY CURRENT GOAL

For the last few years, I have entered a trail race called The Rut. Since starting at PIE, I have made it a secretive goal to beat our Chief Client Officer, Erika Flowers, who also happens to be an ex-professional ski racer and now a professionally sponsored runner in the 50k race. Last year, I finished in 10 hours, and she won the whole thing in 5 hours—I swear this is my year.
