Allison Hupp’s journey with PIE started with curiosity. She recalls being approached by a recruiter and wondering how “a small company built such a reputation that it could work with some of the biggest companies in the world.” That question quickly turned into a career rooted in helping leaders connect, learn, and grow together.
Today, as a Director and Partner based in Bozeman, Allison designs and delivers executive communities and client advisory boards, while also managing relationships with key clients. Her work brings senior leaders together for meaningful dialogue on the challenges shaping their industries. When asked what she is most proud of, her answer is both simple and powerful: “I’m most proud that the senior leaders of these companies show up and want to be in these conversations.” For Allison, executive involvement is not a given. “They show up because we listen,” she explains. “And these conversations are relevant to what they’re dealing with…We get to be in the front seat of the biggest challenges in these industries,” she says.
It is a perspective very few organizations are invited into. She sees every conversation as proof that PIE has built something worth showing up for. At its core, she believes that access comes back to something simple and consistent. “People are the center of everything we do—and that’s always been true.” Even as industries evolve and technology changes how executives connect, Allison is clear on what keeps them engaged. “Tech is important, but it can’t replace a genuine connection.”
