Morning Sessions
- Keynote: Social Capital at Work with Seth Rachlin
- After more than 30 years in professional services, Seth Rachlin and John Burrows challenge the industry's obsession with volume and make the case for a different approach in their new book Social Capital at Work. Through stories and practical insights, Rachlin will share how authentic relationships, collaboration, and a series of kept promises create deeper client connections and why relationships, not transactions, are the most valuable asset a professional services firm can build.
- A PIE Client Panel: Building Sticky Client Communities and Real Trusted Advisors
- Hear directly from peers who have transformed their approach to client growth. Panelists will share authentic stories on transforming Voice of Customer (VoC) into strategy, expanding premier client communities, and empowering "seller-doers" with a clear maturity rubric.

-
- Building the Growth Engine
-
Growth leaders today are balancing three critical priorities: creating capacity for seller-doers, building the operational discipline to scale, and developing the next generation of rainmakers. Join peers to discuss how leading firms are redesigning roles, maturing revenue operations, aligning incentives, and cultivating business development talent in an age increasingly shaped by AI.
