PIE is proud to announce we have been named as one of The Lee Enterprise 2021 Top Workplaces in Montana. Additionally, our CEO Tom McMakin was named Top Leader of a Small Business, and our team was awarded the Best in Communication Award.  

Top Workplaces is an employee-driven awards program – recognizing employers based upon the opinions of those who know their companies best: their employees. Their bespoke employee engagement survey measures seven key pillars – alignment, connection, coaching, performance, engagement, leadership, and the basics (pay, benefits, flexibility, training, and expectations).  

Utilizing a scientific approach to determining leading organizations, Top Workplaces bases their decisions solely on employee feedback. They require a minimum response rate of 35% and do not allow any organization-provided content, ensuring the selection decisions are made of, by, and for the employees of the company.
