My favorite part of working at PIE is the people. Every member of the team steps up to any challenge, brings their energy, creativity, and knowledge to every project, and demonstrates the strength of what collaboration can accomplish. I also really enjoy the work I do with and for our clients. I ensure alignment of PIE’s financial practices while I provide superior support to client centric projects. It is exciting to see the change and growth that happens as we work together toward a common goal.

MY BEST $100 PURCHASE

On a road trip across the US, I spent $100 on a bike tour of New Orleans with my partner. To this day, I recall and retell this adventure with joy. I not only had a wonderful experience for $100, but learned the long-term value and benefit of experiences over items in my life.

MY BOOK RECOMMENDATION

I recently finished Deep Work by Cal Newport. It provided the insight and tools to help me carve out and protect time throughout my week for focused work, and also time away from screens and virtual distractions during non-working hours. This structure has allowed me the space and time to invest and grow in areas of my life that were otherwise being depleted by time spent in the digital world.

ONE OF MY FAVORITES

My favorite cheese is triple cream brie. With a creamy texture and buttery flavor, this cheese spread on a slice of freshly baked sourdough provides so much joy in one bite!
