MY FAVORITE PART ABOUT WORKING AT PIE
The community of people that I have built while working at PIE has been the most special part. It’s fun to see individuals work so hard during the week, and then be able to get out and enjoy themselves in the mountains on the weekends!
HOW I LIVE A FULL LIFE
We are so lucky that PIE gives us the ability to live such full lives. I love going to yoga after work or getting out for a quick run. My number one, however, is going for a gravel bike ride or mountain bike ride. If I’m not outside, I love to bake breakfast goodies and sweet treats, read, and hang out with my partner and our two cats!
MY BEST $100 PURCHASE
I’ve recently bought a handful of new books, mostly by Taylor Jenkins Reid. Her books feel like they should be non-fiction, as she does an incredible job of research and making the worlds she creates seem so real. The characters are also loveable and memorable. These were dollars well spent!
MY BOOK RECOMMENDATION
Good Boundaries and Goodbyes by Lisa TerKeurst. I am lucky enough to be reading this with my sister, giving us uninterrupted time to chat every other week. It’s a book where I’ve felt every kind of emotion—I’ve laughed, cried, been frustrated, confused, but ultimately feel like this is a launching pad for me to truly teach myself how to create healthy and sustainable boundaries in life and in my relationships.
