MY FAVORITE PART ABOUT WORKING AT PIE
The people—both on the PIE and client side. I thrive on working with smart, witty, compassionate humans; our staff and our client teams are that. I am challenged to be my best, most authentic self at PIE. I not only work beside bright minds, but I also get to support many of the greatest consultants in the world!
A PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT I’M PROUD OF
I am an accredited LEED O+M specialist, and I previously owned and operated my own sustainability consultancy practice. During my time in sustainability, I helped oversee the redesign and remodel of countless lodges and buildings throughout national parks across the West.
HOW I LIVE A FULL LIFE
I live for the mountains. When I am not at my computer, I fill my time mountain biking, backcountry skiing, trail running, and backpacking.
MY CURRENT GOAL
I am working to regain fluency in Italian—a language I love and once knew well!
ONE OF MY FAVORITES
One of my favorite quotes was written by Roald Dahl: “And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it.” This quote reminds me to slow down, breathe deeply, and take stock in the many (large and small) treasures that life offers. Sometimes we move so fast, we forget to stop and really see.
