About Paul Quigley

Paul Quigley is a Partner and Managing Director at PIE, where he leads business development programs and executive communities for top professional services firms. Since joining PIE in 2016, Paul has held leadership roles including Director and Partner, helping clients design impactful roundtables and business development workshops that foster trust-based relationships. Before PIE, Paul worked in film production as First Assistant Editor and Business Manager for Unbranded, an award-winning documentary chronicling a 3,000-mile journey across the American West. He holds dual degrees, a B.S. in Business Administration and Management and a B.A. in Film/Video and Photographic Arts, from Montana State University. Paul is based in Bozeman, Montana, and enjoys outdoor adventures and creative storytelling. He is also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, reflecting his passion for leadership development.

A PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT I’M PROUD OF

My time prior to PIE was spent in the documentary film industry. I had the joy of working on a documentary called Unbranded, which follows the path of four young cowboys who adopt wild mustangs and ride them from Mexico to Canada. It is a beautiful film, and helping bring it to life was a wild ride. Story is a construct that connects all of us; we all play a part in a unique story, and I love learning about other people. This curiosity is foundational to what we do at PIE.

My favorite quote is from CS Lewis: “Humility is not thinking less of yourself but thinking of yourself less.” I love this quote because humility is hard to come by and requires intention to cultivate.
