Carlie Auger
Managing Director and Partner
Carlie is a Managing Director and Partner with Profitable Ideas Exchange where she leads the Project Coordination and Membership team. Prior, Carlie supported our team-based account management initiatives to ensure a positive experience for both new employees and clients. She was also our former Director of Training and former Director of Recruiting – leading a team responsible for building executive roundtable membership on behalf of IBM, KPMG, Grant Thornton, Cognizant, BRG, and others. Carlie started her career with PIE in 2010 as an Associate Director, convening and facilitating peer-to-peer interactions of Vice Presidents of HR, Chief Learning Officers, Profit Assurance Executives, Digital Leaders, Women Leaders in STEM, Directors of Tolling Operations as well as leaders of Open Innovation, Coaching, Training, and Talent Acquisition. Her work as an AD spanned the Americas and Europe where she led projects for Accenture, American Management Association, Randstad, Korn Ferry, CSC, North Highland, and Agility Solutions. Carlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rocky Mountain College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Montana. She is a graduate of Leadership Montana and the Rocky Mountain School of Photography.
Andi Baldwin
Chief Operating Officer and Partner
Andi is responsible for setting the strategy to deliver PIE’s work to its premier client base and overseeing the execution of PIE’s client work. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Andi manages some of PIE’s key client relationships and helps drive firmwide growth through client expansion. During her tenure at PIE, Andi has worked with a variety of clients, including IBM, KPMG, Kyndryl, Capgemini, Maximus, Slalom Consulting, JLL, and others. On behalf of her clients, Andi has managed communities of Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Innovation Officers, Chief Tax Officers, and Heads of Corporate Real Estate. She is also a contributor to PIE’s thought leadership initiatives. Outside of PIE, Andi sits on the board of a Montana public health non-profit organization, and she is an alumna of Leadership Montana’s Class of 2019. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Business Management from the University of Rhode Island and Master’s Degrees in Public Relations and International Relations from Syracuse University. Katy Bradford
Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator
Katy is a Senior Project Coordinator at Profitable Ideas Exchange. Katy supports organizing groups of C-suite executives on behalf of professional services organizations for peer-to-peer roundtable discussions and has worked on behalf of UHY, Mindtree, Oracle, Kyndryl, and Accenture. Additionally, Katy drives PIE’s visual design strategy while supporting several marketing initiatives. Prior to joining PIE, Katy was a ski industry professional working as a resort executive administrative assistant and a children’s ski instructor. Katy holds a degree in English focused in professional/technical writing and a degree in studio art with minors in graphic design and art history from the University of Maine. In her free time, she skis and hikes with her husband, sews, and oil paints.

He has a background in Behavioral Sciences, Mental Health, Financial Technology and Financial Advisor Consulting. He has a background in Change Management, Operations, and Strategy Consulting. Morgan Coffin

Morgan works on behalf of a variety of clients, including AWS. Prior to coming to PIE, Morgan was a high school social studies teacher at Bozeman High School and Gallatin High School, as well as a Speech and Debate coach for both schools. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education – Social Studies Broadfield with Minors in Government Teaching and History Teaching. Morgan likes to spend his free time near the closest river or lake, surrounded by friends and family.
Stephanie Cole

Stephanie is President of Markets and is responsible for helping drive PIE’s global growth as well as helping set future strategy for the company. In addition, she is responsible for leading client teams that facilitate peer-to-peer interactions of Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Board Directors, Chief Strategy Officers, Chief Innovation Officers, Chief Risk Officers, and a number of other executives. Her work spans the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions where she has led projects for Accenture, KPMG, IBM, Grant Thornton, Slalom Consulting, Thomson Reuters, Cognizant, Protiviti, Korn Ferry, North Highland, Fisher Investments, Marriott, Randstad, and Dell.
In 2015, Stephanie was selected for the “20 Under 40” award by the Bozeman Daily Chronicle’s Business Journal. She was also selected as Montana State University’s Young Alumni of the year in 2016 for her continued work to coach and mentor MSU students. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Montana State University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University. She is a graduate of Leadership Montana, chairs the board of non-profit Respire Haiti, is a member of the Women’s Foundation of Montana PowerHouse mentoring community, serves on the Montana State University Leadership Institute National Advisory Board, and is honored to be a mentor for the Red Ants Pants Foundation Girls Leadership Program. Prior to joining PIE, Aubrey was pursuing a career as a professional triathlete, primarily racing at the half and full IRONMAN distance. In her free time, Aubrey continues to race triathlon, drink coffee, spend time with her husband and two dogs, and serves as an advocate for mental health and eating disorder awareness. TJ Dennis

He likes to spend his time hunting, fishing, and skiing remote places in Western Montana.

PJ holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, minors in Portuguese and Religious Studies and a Certificate of Latin American Studies as well as a Master’s degree in Comparative and International Education Policy from the University of Pittsburgh. In her free time, PJ enjoys reading (and watching!) murder mysteries, practicing yoga, and traveling the world.
Windy Esperti
Project Coordination Manager
Windy is a Project Coordination Manager at Profitable Ideas Exchange where she leads and supervises teams of senior project coordinators and project coordinators, as well as assisting with onboarding support and serves on the PIE Training team. In addition to her management responsibilities, Windy supports numerous roundtable networks including The Boston Consulting Group, Amazon Web Services, Broadridge Financial Solutions and others. Windy has a long history of customer service excellence and community service, most recently through the Girl Scouts of America and her kids’ schools. Windy studied accounting at San Diego State University and education at The University of Colorado at Boulder. Windy is on several internal teams including Space and Training and is our liaison for office-related accounts. On weekends, Windy can be found on the slopes of Bridger Bowl with her husband and kids, or at the park with their labradoodle.
Austin Evans

In his role, Austin convenes and facilitates a number of peer-to-peer roundtable discussions, bringing together C-level executives on behalf of professional services organizations. Prior to coming to PIE, Austin was a partner in an auto, home, and commercial glass services franchise and also has worked for a software firm where he specialized in sales and management consulting. Austin holds a bachelor’s degree from Montana State University’s Jake Jabs School of Business and Entrepreneurship in Finance and Accounting. Austin volunteers with Special Olympics of Montana, and in his free time, can be found on the ski hill, on the golf course, mountain biking, or enjoying quality time camping with his wife, son, and two dogs.
Adam Fahlquist

Erika is a Managing Director, Partner, and Client Delivery Lead at Profitable Ideas Exchange and Head of the ESG department. In this role, Erika guides client teams across PIE to deliver and delight while also convening and facilitating peer-to-peer interactions with lead directors in the F100, Chief Digital Officers, and Chief Sustainability Officers, along with other C-level executives. Erika works on behalf of a variety of clients, including Capgemini, KPMG, Accenture, HBR Consulting, and others. She also leads our community partnerships, environmental stewardship and works alongside the team dedicated to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at PIE. Prior to joining PIE, Erika competed as a professional cross-country ski racer with the SMS T2 team in Stratton, Vermont. She currently volunteers with the Protect Our Winters athlete alliance, serves on the board of the National Nordic Foundation, and runs professionally for The North Face athlete team. Erika holds a degree in Geography and pre-health from Dartmouth College.
Leslie Harrison

Kristin Horgan, Delivery Manager at Profitable Ideas Exchange, is focused on coordinating delivery processes, roles, and technologies within PIE. In her previous role as Lead Senior Project Coordinator she the led the team of Project Coordinators that ensured PIE’s peer-to-peer interactions ran smoothly. Kristin pursued a variety of interests before joining PIE, including teaching English as a Second Language in the Czech Republic. She holds dual degrees in International Relations, and in Russian Studies, from the University of Minnesota. She spends her free time traveling as much as possible with her husband and daughters.

Cole is an Associate Director with Profitable Ideas Exchange. Before joining PIE, Cole spent ten years in the Army and separated from the military to finish his education at Montana State University. He graduated with degrees in Psychology and Philosophy while also earning the highest distinction from the Honors College. Cole spends his winters splitboarding and summers fly fishing.

Kelsea is the Business Development Enablement Manager at Profitable Ideas Exchange. In her role, Kelsea supports the company’s growth initiatives, including client prospecting and engagement and the creation and enablement of internal business development systems and processes. Prior to transitioning to business development, Kelsea was a Project Coordinator responsible for supporting a number of client teams, bringing together groups of C-Suite Executives on behalf of Publicis Sapient, DayBlink and Tugboat Institute to name a few. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Montana State University. Kelsea spends her free time hiking, skiing and playing outdoors with her husband and daughter.

During her tenure at PIE, Morgan has managed communities of CIOs, CTOs, CROs, CDOs, and CCOs while also working extensively in the areas of supply chain and procurement. Morgan has represented many of the world’s largest firms including IBM, AWS, DXC Technology, Thomson Reuters, Deloitte, and MassMutual. Prior to joining PIE, Morgan worked as a LEED Operations + Maintenance Consultant, supporting clients in meeting sustainability goals. Morgan also worked as an Advocate Engagement Specialist at Health Advocacy Strategies where she partnered with leading pharmaceutical firms to re-shape their marketing strategies. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Studies with a Legal Specialization from Seattle University.

She also lived overseas for several years doing humanitarian work in China, Kenya, and Malaysia. Tom is Chief Executive Officer of Profitable Ideas Exchange (PIE), a leading consultancy focused on professional services business development. Before joining PIE, he was a co-founder and Managing Director with Orchard Holdings Group, a private equity firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio as well as serving as an Operating Affiliate at McCown DeLeeuw and TSG Consumer, two consumer-focused buyout groups in San Francisco. Prior to working in private equity, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Great Harvest Bread Co., a multi-unit operator of bread stores based in Dillon, Montana. He is the author of

Susan Miller
Senior Project Manager & Accounts Receivable
Susan Miller, Senior Project Manager & Accounts Receivable at Profitable Ideas Exchange, brings more than 20 years of administrative and accounting expertise to PIE. Susan splits her time between payroll, invoicing, and contract responsibilities. She has supported a number of teams to bring together groups of C-Suite Executives on behalf of professional services organizations for peer-to-peer roundtable discussions, and has worked on behalf of a variety of clients, including Accenture, KPMG, LivePerson and others. Her interests include horseback riding, gardening, crafting, spending time in the mountains on horses or at her home in Paradise Valley with donkeys and her border collie/heeler Cora.

Prior to joining PIE, Molly founded a marketing consulting company providing marketing and customer engagement services to small businesses and female entrepreneurs, and spent 15 years as a marketing and business development executive for a biotech company. Molly chairs the Montana State University Jake Jab’s College of Business and Entrepreneurship Women’s Circle of Excellence and is an Advisor to the Board of Directors for The Bozeman 3, a non-profit organization that supports Gallatin Valley families with kids diagnosed with cancer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Montana State University and enjoys the outdoor Montana lifestyle with her husband, two young daughters, and her German Shepherd pup.
John Nord
Chief Financial Officer and Partner
John is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer at PIE, overseeing the company’s finance and technology functions. In addition to this, John leads a team that operates peer-to-peer communities across a wide swath of C-Suite functions, and he leads PIE’s expansive partnership with KPMG. Prior to coming to PIE, John worked for the software firm Golden Helix where he specialized in account management and support of their flagship product used to conduct statistical genetics research. He completed his undergraduate studies at Montana State University and received an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business where he now serves as a Booth Ambassador. John also serves as a Montana Ambassador, representing the office of the Governor and the Department of Commerce in business related contacts in and out of the state to drive toward a shared mission of economic development within the state of Montana. John volunteers as a Child Advancement Project (CAP) Mentor to a middle school student. He spends his free time roaming the mountains and rivers and forests of Montana with his wife and two kids.
